Rapid Reinvestment Form

The Rapid Reinvestment Form is a fast and easy way to get your information into the Maestro system. This was built to assist those who are entering their reinvestment data all at once rather than an on-going basis. 

To access the form, you will click on the hammer & wrench icon at the bottom of the left-hand menu. 

The Rapid Reinvestment form will be at the top of the navigation under the "Data Entry" section. If this is minimized, youclick mayon needthe "Data Entry" to expand the section to click on the form.

To begin, click the "next" buttonbutton, and youwhich will beopen takenthe to "02. New Businesses.Businesses" section.

To add a new business, click on the "+" button to add a new row. Complete all the required data (Name, Date Opened) in that row. You can also enter theThe number of employees and the business location.location can also be added here. All required fields are marked with an asterisk.

Because this business will not be in yourthe system yet, you will need to utilize the "Add XXX" that appears when you start typing. The business will not save to yourthe system unlesswithout you have utilizedutilizing this method. 

When you have added all the necessary data youis need, you canadded, click "next" to go to the next section of the form. 

IMPORTANT: If youthere dois not haveno data to enter for a section, you can skip athat section by clicking "next" or clicking into the next section that youdata need.needs to be entered. You are not required to enter information in every section of the form. 

When you have enteredOnce all yourdata information,has youbeen will need toentered, click into the "17. Review & Submit". section.  

In this section, youit will be able to seedisplay what data has been entered and what is not marked as complete.

If the information is correct, click the checkbox to verify that the information is correct and click "Submit".  When you click submit, you will get a green notification announcementin andthe confettibottom willright appearhand oncorner yourof the screen.

Note: If youthe donotification does not getappear, this notification yourthe data has not be submitted to the system. 

Errors / Warnings

If there is an error or missing data, when you click submit, you will get a notification will appear on yourthe screen. The notification will appear below the section(s) that has an error. In thisthe case,example below, it indicates an error in "No. 16.16 Volunteer Hours."

Errors usually occur when required fields are missing or incomplete, or there are extra lines added with no data. 

Once youerrors have resolvedbeen your errors, you canresolved, click submit again and your data will be entered.entered into the system.
